2. to find out the shape, size, texture etc of
    something by touching, usu with the hands:
  စမ္းသည္။ စမ္းၾကည့္သည္။
    She felt the parcel carefully.
  သူသည္ အထုပ္က္ိုအေသအခ်ာ   စမ္းၾကည့္သည္။
3. to experience or be aware of (an emotion,
    sensation etc):
  (ခံစားမႈ၊ အာ႐ံု) ေပၚေပါက္သည္။
    He felt a sudden anger.

4. to think (oneself) to be:
  စိတ္ထဲတြင္ ျဖစ္သည္။

  သူ႕၏အလုပ္ကို သူဘယ္လိုသေဘာရလဲ။ 5. to believe or consider. ထင္သည္။
    She feels that the firm treated her badly.
  သူ႕ကို ကုမၸဏီက ထိုက္ထိုက္တန္တန္   မထားဟု သူထင္သည္။

  အလုပ္ဟာ ခက္ခဲပင္ပန္းလြန္း   တယ္လို႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ထင္တယ္။
5. affection:
  ခ်စ္ခင္ၾကင္နာမႈ။ ေမတၱာ။
   He has no feeling for her now.
  ယခုအခါ သူသည္မိန္းကေလး   အေပၚတြင္ ခ်စ္ခင္ၾကင္နာမႈ   မရွိေတာ့ပါ။
6. emotion:
  စိတ္ေဇာ။ ခံစားမႈ။
    He spoke with great feeling.
  သူသည္ စိတ္ခံစားမႈအျပည္ျ့ဖင့္   စကားေျပာသည္။
    Note:  feeling is usually singular: I have
               lost all feeling (sensation)
               in my legs; (အာ႐ံုခံစားမႈ)။
               I have a feeling (idea)
               he'll be late;(စိတ္ကူး)။
               he has no feeling (sympathy)
               for others; (စာနာမႈ)။

              feelings, plural, means the sensitive
              side of  a person's nature;
              You have hurt his feelings by
               your remarks.
    feel as if/as though to have the sensation
    (physical or mental) or feeling that:
  ခံစားရသည္။
     I feel as if I am going to be sick.
  ကၽြန္မေတာ့ ေအာ့ခ်င္အန္ခ်င္   သလိုလိုျဖစ္ေနတယ္။
     She feels as though she had known him
     for years.   မိန္းကေလးက သူ႕ကိုႏွစ္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ   ကတည္းက သိထားသကဲ့သို႕   စိတ္ထဲတြင္ ျဖစ္သည္။
    feel like
1. to have the feelings that one would have if
    one were: အထင္ေရာက္သည္။
    I feel like a princess in this beautiful dress.
  ဒီလွလွပပ အ၀တ္အစားနဲ႕ဆိုေတာ့   ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုယ္ မင္းသမီးေလးလို႕    ထင္မိတယ္။
    He felt like an idiot (= He felt very foolish).
  မိုက္လွတယ္လို႕ သူ႕ကိုယ္သူထင္ခဲ့သည္။
2. to feel that one would like to
    (have, do etc):
  စိတ္တစ္စံုတစ္ရာေပါက္သည္။
    I feel like a drink.
  ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေသာက္ခ်င္   စိတ္ေပါက္သည္။
    Do you feel like going to the cinema?
  မင္း ႐ုပ္ရွင္ သြားခ်င္သလား။
    feel one's way to find one's way
    by feeling:
    စမ္းကာစမ္းကာသြားသည္။
    I had to feel my way to the door
    in the dark
  ကၽြန္ေတာ္သည္ အေမွာင္ထဲတြင္   တံခါးဆီသို႕  စမ္း၍သြားခဲ့သည္။
    get the feel of to become accustomed to:
  က်င့္သား ရလာသည္။
    to get the feel of a new job.
  လုပ္ငန္းအသစ္တြင္ေနသား   တက်ျဖစ္လာသည္။
